REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
AIRPORT MASTER PLAN UPDATE (MPU)
FOR THE CHEHALIS-CENTRALIA AIRPORT

The City of Chehalis is requesting statements of qualifications from airport consultants for projects at the Chehalis-Centralia Airport. Subject to receipt of Federal and/or Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), Aviation Division funding. Services required include, but are not limited to, engineering services for preliminary, design, bidding, and construction phases, including incidental special services for projects funded under the Federal Aviation Administration Airport Improvement Program or the WSDOT Airport Grant Program. Interested parties are invited to visit the city’s website at www.ci.chehalis.wa.us for more information on the list of potential projects and selection criteria. A copy of the airport’s current capital improvement plan can be requested from Brandon Rakes, Airport Operations Coordinator, at (360) 748-1230, email brakes@ci.chehalis.wa.us. The Specifications and Scope of Work package is available at www.ci.chehalis.wa.us/rfps or by calling the City Clerk at 360-345-1042. Submittals must be labeled Chehalis-Centralia Airport and received by 3:00 p.m. PST on October 28, 2022.
