The Chehalis Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to offer the ability to pay for recreation programs, tournament registrations, building rentals, and outdoor pool programs with a credit card either online or by telephone. This service is brought to you by Official Payments Corporation who makes it possible for people to charge payments on credit cards over the phone or via the Internet for a small convenience fee. Official Payments is not a branch, office or department of the City of Chehalis. Official Payments is a third party vendor, operating as a Service Bureau on behalf of the Chehalis Parks and Recreation Department

The payment process is simple and secure;

Before making an online payment, registrations and/or reservations must be secured by calling the Chehalis Parks and Recreation office at 360-748-0271. At this time a security code will be issued to process your transaction. This is to make sure no facilities or programs are overbooked and to assure your payment will be accepted.
 

• Each registration and/or reservation must be processed separately.
• You will be charged a convenience fee for each transaction.
• The web site is listed below; just click on it to make your payment.
• OR call the Customer Service Call Center at 800-487-4567.  A Live representative will process your payment.

Any information submitted online or by phone to Official Payments Corporation is processed solely by Official Payments Corporation. The paying party needs to know the exact amount of the payment for registrations and/or reservations including fees, dates, program title and site and convey that amount to Official Payments Corporation. Chehalis Parks and Recreation does not transfer any information to Official Payments Corporation regarding specific program information or personal account information. The credit card holder assumes all liability to insure that the credit card information covers the exact amount for payment required by the Chehalis Parks and Recreation. Any errors or discrepancies in the information submitted to Official Payments Corporation will be the account holder’s responsibility. Official Payments Corporation will deposit your payment in the Chehalis Parks and Recreation account within one to two days.
