Thank You for Helping to Beautify Downtown Chehalis

The Chehalis Community Renaissance Team (CCRT) would like to thank the following individuals and businesses who sponsored the planting of annuals in all 34 of the downtown islands and tree pots.  We would also like to thank Patty Kaija of Kaija's Garden & Pet for planting the islands up so beautifully, and the Chehalis parks crews for keeping the area weeded and watered.

 Last year, the islands were planted in shades of pink, purple, and white in support of Breast Cancer Awareness.  This year, the project was expanded to include a chance to support a local non-profit organization.  Pope's Kids Place was chosen to help them in their mission to provide comprehensive and integrated health and social services with a focus on children with special needs.  We are happy to report that the CCRT will soon be presenting a check to Pope's Kids Place.  Those who also made a contribution to Pope's Kids Place are italicized.
